Head of Real Estate Indonesia (REI) Lampung, Djoko Santoso, is optimistic that there is a growing trend in property sector sales growth in the region.
The reason, Djoko said the trend of Covid-19 cases was also sloping.
"This has a positive impact on the economy and the business world in the region," said Djoko Santoso, in Bandarlampung, Thursday (2/6).
Djoko said growth in the property sector rose by 5-8 percent per month compared to last year.
"More or less, around 2,000 units have been sold in Lampung," he said.
According to him, the increase in property sales was dominated by the sale of subsidized houses .

Djoko said the growth in the property sector did not occur quickly, but still progress.
"Usually, improvements in the property world are not instant, so it will take time, because the ability of the economy to recover has an effect on the property world and we are optimistic that this can continue to happen," Djoko concluded.
