Tangerang Becomes the Most Popular Home Search Location in Indonesia

Meanwhile, 12 of the 13 cities experienced price increases on an annual basis. The fastest annual price increases occurred in Medan and Makassar with a record increase of 6.9% for both cities.

In the Jabodetabek area, on a monthly basis, for the Tangerang and Depok areas, the price of used houses increased by a fairly thin percentage, namely 0.2%, while house prices in Jakarta, Bogor and Bekasi decreased by 0.2%, 1.5%. , and 0.9% in the same month.

House prices in Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang and Yogyakarta grew by 3.1%, 1.1%, 2.4%, and 3.1% respectively from May 2021. Meanwhile, house prices in Surakarta fell 0. 7% in the same period.

For other big cities in Java, on a monthly basis, house prices in Semarang and Yogyakarta grew 0.2% and 0.9% respectively, while house prices in Bandung, Surabaya and Surakarta fell by 0.8%, 0.4% , and 1.7%.
