Rukita, a long-term residential management company, collaborates with Bank OCBC NISP to provide co-living business convenience for the younger generation through the #TinggalHitungUntung program. This program is in the form of providing funds for credit disbursement of Rp 724 billion.

Heriwan Gazali, Head of Retail Loan Business Bank OCBC NISP said, with the #TinggalHitungUntung program from OCBC NISP and Rukita, young investors can experience a flexible financing scheme that they can control, because the customer's current account balance will be calculated so that the credit period can be shorter than originally planned.

"For this reason, the more current accounts balance, the automatically reduce their installment burden and loan interest," he said in a press statement, Tuesday (6/9/2022).

In this collaboration, Rukita will help turn the property into a rental unit. Starting from renovating the property to operating it as a co-living promising Customers in this program will immediately receive services from Rukita in terms of building interior design, property marketing, property maintenance, and co-living .

Business Incubation Lead Bank OCBC NISP Altona Widjaja added, Bank OCBC NISP currently continues to develop banking innovations by collaborating with start-ups to encourage people, especially Millennials, to start property investment and obtain optimal passive income.

"From this collaboration with Rukita, we provide funds for credit distribution of Rp 724 billion which will be implemented in the next few years. This is of course one of the Bank's strategic steps to support the younger generation to start realizing their business in the property sector, as a passive income ,” he added.
